About Our Ministry In Akko

Harvest of Asher is a member of Tents of Mercy ministries.  We are a Messianic Jewish congregation planted in Israeli city of Akko.  Akko, the tribal inheritance of Asher (Judges 1:31) was a gateway to the land of Israel for thousands of years.  The strategic importance of the city inspired merciless rulers to fight for dominion over the area with tremendous brutality and bloodshed.  God has also called us to conquer the city, not with swords and spears but with the love of God.

The vision for reaching the lost sheep of Israel burns in the hearts of Katzir Asher, the Messianic Jewish Congregation in Akko.  Through intercession we are challenging the forces of darkness that ruled the area for thousands of years.  Our Calling is establishing the true worship of the Lord in
place of Canaanite idolatry, Ashtoreth worship and Jezebel's deception. 

"For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all the countries, and bring you into your own land.  I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh."
(Ezekiel 36: 24, 26)
